At Washington State University, EMG guided the entire university community through a process that transformed WSU’s brand image from that of a party school located in a rural part of the state with a so-so reputation for academic quality to one of a world- class institution providing students with personal attention from faculty and offering a multitude of hands-on learning experiences.
